SKATTA throwing sessions are held in the grounds of the Scout Hut on South Trinity Road, in Edinburgh.
The Scout Hut is on the right of South Trinity Road, as you had north away from the city centre. The Scout Hut is set back from the road, in a grassy area walled off from the main street. There is a gate with the Scout logo:
We don’t use the hut itself; the throwing takes place in the grassy area outside the hut.
There is on-street parking on South Trinity Road and on nearby streets, plus we can usually open the gates to allow you to park inside the grounds of the Scout Hut, if desired.
Lothian buses 8, 14, 21, 23 and 27 all pass through the junction of Ferry Road, Inverleith Row and South Trinity Road, after which is it only a five-minute walk along South Trinity Road.
